This is a 2021 Coachmen Catalina 40BHTS. It is located on a full hookup (water, electric & sewer) campsite with deck and roof, a picnic table and fire ring.
Guests must provide their own sleeping linens, towels, pillows, cooking utensils and toiletries

2 bedrooms: Front bedroom has one queen bed; back bedroom has two sets of bunk beds; living room equipped with couch (does not fold out)

Kitchen includes a sink, small oven/stove range, full size refrigerator/freezer, and microwave

Small shower and flush toilet.

Air conditioned.

TV with DVD player but NO cable/satellite reception

NO outside kitchen and dinette table does NOT turn into a bed.
